Punjabi Folk Dance Association Brisbane operates through a syndicate of three sub-committees, each comprising seven (7) members. This structure is designed to ensure coordination, transparency, and effective leadership. Each body has defined roles and responsibilities.

Legislative Body

The Base Committee is the primary policy-making and law-drafting body of the Association.

It comprises seven (7) representatives from prominent cultural organizations across Brisbane. The committee is responsible for establishing rules, regulations, and the long-term strategic direction of the Association. The Base Committee is led by a Coordinator.

Administrative Body

The Core Committee serves as the executive and operational arm of the Association.

It consists of seven (7) members from the Punjabi community of Brisbane who oversee day-to-day operations, program implementation, and organizational management. The Core Committee is led by the President.
